Welcome to Business Trading Ethically, a charitable organisation working within global supply chains to improve ethical practices.

BTE are specialists in Ethical Trading on the Indian subcontinent.

We have worked with organisations of all sizes, across sectors to develop responses  to the ethical challenges of sourcing from global markets, but especially from India. We believe that working in partnership with all elements of the supply chain is the only way to build and deliver sustainable, realistic and appropriate solutions to improve labour standards. In this way we will ensure that the workers in these supply chains are fairly paid and that the conditions in which they work are healthy and safe.
